Tomorrow is the first day of February 2010. It seem like the Chinese New Year is getting to the corner. However, currently I do not have the feelings of CNY yet. There are plenty of assignments and FYP to do and worry about.
First of April is the April’s Fool and it will be the due date for FYP as well if not mistaken. It is really like out of time. When CNY going back I know that I will not have the mood to do the FYP. I am really scared that this semester my result will drop again. Last semester my result was dropped 0.07 compared to the previous semester.
Tomorrow morning will have Visual Basic midterm as well. I just read through only and I found that I felt very sleepy when reading. I am really don’t like and impatient to read unless I like the topic very much. However, I had to read for my exam. This is the first midterm among other subjects.
I don’t like the coming days after CNY because other subject’s midterms will be during that time. It will be very pack because I have to study so many subjects at once. Then, it is showing the FYP due date is getting nearer and nearer. Pressure and stress will be getting more and more during that time. Can I run away or escape from the reality?
Currently, I felt like lack of motivation to do things. When there exists a slightly failure, I already had the idea to give up. I hope someone will believe me that I was not as clever as you are thinking about. I really hope that when I said I don’t know there will have someone believe me and help me out.

This time of election was using e-voting system in the Chancellor Hall. Inside the Chancellor Hall are crowded with the electors that canvassed the votes from the voters.
After voting, I was walked to the bus stop that in front the library to wait bus with my course mates. I saw a very beautiful decoration on the floor in front of the library. I had taken the photos of the decoration. It was decorated by using the rice that had been colored. This is showing the “Fiesta Cahaya” which is an Indian festival show will be coming soon.

The days before election...
Tomorrow (28.01.2010) is the Election Day for the student representatives in my university. At the bus stop, hostel, café and everywhere are full of the banners, posters and leaflets of the next student representatives. They are competed to gain the vote tomorrow. However, I do not know anyone of them so tomorrow I just simply select and vote.
This road lamp cannot shine anymore…Candies are given during the lecture...
When yesterday the lecturer took a full container of candies to class, I was very surprising and full of curiosity. In my mind I was thinking why the lecturer will bring the candies to class? After that, she said who are feeling sleepy during the class can come to take the candies and have it. If not mistaken, it seem like after primary school did not have any teachers gave me candies anymore. However, now in university still will have lecturer that gave candies to the students.
Firstly, there was no one dare to come in front and take the candies. Then I was decided went to take the candies but my friend that sat beside me told me if I went to take the candies that means I was sleepy. However, I still walked in front to take the candies. I was the first one that went to take the candies. Then, others are continued going in front to take it. I took quite a lot of candies and gave some to my friends those sat same row with me.
Today (27.01.2010), the lecturer took the candies to class again. When the class finished, the candies just left some only. I was walking in front and capturing the container.

When I looked at sky, I felt like been attracted by the color. I like the sky where the sky blue color appeared that part. It was so beautiful, it seem like the sea. The time was around 6.45pm.

20.01.2010 - Suria Sabah

Today was the first time I went to Suria Sabah. There are still quite empty because only have a few shops are started operating. However, one of the things that I like the most is from the building I can see the view of the sea. While looking the view of the sea, you can have your meal at the Suria food court. The reason is outside the food court is the view of the sea.
The purpose of going to Suria Sabah is to celebrate my friend’s birthday. We went to a Japanese Shabu Shabu shop to celebrate the birthday.

Today, the VB class was canceled. I was going to 1B to have my lunch with my course mates. We are having Beijing Style Roasted Duck. After having the lunch, some are going to cinema to watch movie, while I was shopping with another friend.

Today is a raining day. I went to bed at 2.48am but woke up at 7.15am. The reason I slept late and woke up early is to find the materials for doing my artificial intelligence individual assignment. It has to write at least 10 pages about current artificial intelligence application that used in Malaysia. However, what had I found are some journals that about the coming AI application.
At 8.45am, I was preparing to go out with my roommates. Actually I planned to finish my AI assignment before going out. However, I can’t do that. Sometimes, I really don’t like the lifestyle at here because made me felt like unbreathable. After this, I still have to do my FYP and AI group assignment. I just finished my Distributed Systems assignment on Friday.
I don't have time to have my breakfast before going out. Around 12.15pm, start to have my first meal (breakfast + lunch) at Mc-D. Mc-D is crowded because this is the lunch time and from 12pm – 3pm will have lunch promotion sets. Today Centre Point is crowded and noisy. I don’t like shopping when too many people.
I forgot the time that we went back to hostel, if not mistaken I think it is around 5pm. Around 8pm I was lazy to walk to my friend’s room to have meeting for AI group assignment. The reason is I’m the only one live in block B1 and others are from block A1. Then, I start to chat with them through Internet. However, the Internet connection at hostel is not stable and always disconnected. I think I am really too tired, I can fall asleep when meeting. At 11.34pm I received my friend’s message and woke up to shut down my computer and continue to sleep.

Canselori UMS

Today I was going to Canselori of UMS to pay for the hostel fee with my friend. Canselori is the academic department of UMS and all the fees related to study and hostel are paid at there as well. After that, I was taking the photos around the building. Actually, I just wanted to take 2-3 photos to post on my blog. However, I was addicted to photograph. I took almost 50 photos. I was frightening when I looked at the photos because just in few minutes time I already took so many photos. I just posted some of the photos on my blog and facebook.

Today multimedia lab is learnt how to use the photoshop. We learnt the elements and the function of each element of photoshop.
This is the my second drawing, the lecturer taught us how to use the brushes.

Today feelings...

This semester is the last semester of my study at UMS. Before the break of last semester, I was planning to take evolutionary computing as the elective. During that time, my heart had a strong decision that I will not take Multimedia as elective. The reason is multimedia can be self-study. However, during the 3 weeks holidays of my semester break I found that I liked to take photos. The first photo that I started to take was at the AirAsia Airport at KK (the first day of holiday). Then, the next photos that I captured are the orchids and plants at my grandma’s house. Next, I took the photos of cat, rainbow, tang yuan (stuffed dumplings) and others. I had uploaded those photos on my blog and facebook’s photo albums.
Photographing is very enjoyable. I liked it because from the photos we can remember every moment that we had before. We can share the happy moment with others as well. If the photos that you took are for some meaningful things and days, you will look at it when you are free non-stop. It made you refresh back all the sweet memory. Sometime I felt that photo is very amazing. Please do not look down a photo, it can make you smile, cry, laugh…
This strong inspiration made me planned to take multimedia. I found that this semester I was enjoyed in photographing, editing photos and drawing. However, this is making me more worried and scared on my FYP. I suddenly felt that I had phobia to do coding. Writing a code is really brainstorming.
After coming back to KK, I had told myself I had to do the coding and study the journals for my FYP because I supposed to do it during holidays. Since last Saturday, I opened the TextPad and in the thinking mode. I was thinking so long, I found that I was lost in the right direction. My brain was obstructed, I can’t think like before. I was out of ideas and forgot about the things that I planned to do for my FYP. If during the holidays, I didn’t stop to do FYP I might not have such new hobby now. My brain only appeared of the ideas of drawing. These few days I was very concentrated and focused on drawing.
I had registered for the Dell Studio Design Contest since Dec 2009. After submitted my first drawing, I found that other participants’ drawings are very attractive and beautiful compared to mine. However, this is a good try for me and the first time I joined such contest. I will continue to draw and submit some more drawings when I am free. One participant can submit unlimited number of drawings.

Butterfly VS Moth
Sometimes, I am really confused the difference between butterfly and moth. After finding some information, I noticed that moth has a thicker coating of scales than butterfly which is giving them a furry appearance. Then, moth is appeared at night and butterfly is appeared during day time. Butterfly is more colorful than moth. I like colorful things, so I like butterfly.
Butterfly or Moth??? This time I am really does not know how to differentiate it. It has a furry appearance as well. However, I think this probably is a butterfly because it appeared during the day time and more colorful.
